Hi, I’m Amber!

I’m a nurse, mom, wife, and encourager at heart who believes fitness should be simple, realistic, and something you can actually enjoy. After nearly two decades in healthcare, I saw just how important it is to take care of ourselves before health issues take over. That’s what inspired me to create EmpowerFit by Amber, a space where everyday people can build strength, confidence, and healthy habits without the pressure of perfection.

My signature approach, the HomeBody Method, is all about helping busy adults get strong, stay strong, and feel confident in any setting, at home, at the gym with practical routines that fit your life.

The best place to start? My Foundations Program. It’s an 8-week, step-by-step guide designed to help you build consistency, strength, and confidence. Think of it as your reset button, the perfect first step whether you’re brand new to fitness or getting back on track.

Outside of coaching, I love creating content with my husband Kevin (often beard-related, because… well, he’s got a great one!), spending time with our kids and family, and finding new ways to blend wellness, creativity, and community.
